Callista Gingrich is an American author, documentary filmmaker, and former congressional staffer. She is married to former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. Gingrich has written numerous children's books and co-authored a series of historical fiction novels with her husband. She is also the co-producer of several documentaries, including "Nine Days that Changed the World" and "Rediscovering God in America." Gingrich served as the president of Gingrich Productions, a multimedia production company. She is an active member of the Catholic Church and serves on the board of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C.
